Self-love plays such a significant role for a human which is totally forgotten or which has given no value. People think about others and love others but what about our own?

So here are 5 simple methods through which you can practice self-love.

1- Dress up for yourself.
As the times change all of them have started dressing up for others, impressing others and feeling happy but by doing that we lose our own importance towards our self and forget that what we like and love.
Dressing up for ourselves is so important to make everyday, not better but the best. Dressing simple and comfortable turns the table for yourself as well as for others. Wearing what you love and feeling good inside about yourself is the best feeling you can have every morning and this is the most important for self-love from all of them.

2-Start bullet-journalling
Bullet-journalling your thoughts every morning in a book is such a relieving practice to perform every day. Putting down your thoughts in a piece of paper helps yourself to face your complications in front of you rather than in your brain. Showing some gratitude and writing down small things which bring you happiness will cheer up your mood. 3-Pray

Your body is precious.
Meditation is a practice done from ages. It’s a self-healing process. It’s the time you can give yourself today and thank yourself tomorrow. In every day’s hustle-bustle meditation can be a stress-relieving practice. If you have difficulty in staying still and focusing, start small maybe for 2 minutes and then gradually increasing your time span. It has amazing benefits. You can try out applications like Headspace, Calm or Wysa.

5-Have a “me” time
Me time is just spending time with yourself and enjoying your own company. You can meditate or journal in this time enjoying your coffee.

So anyone can have some love and care for yourself by using these tips and reaching your goals.
